We’ve spent our first week married at this lovely house, and on this
beautiful island. This is our first time in Aruba and it didn’t take
long to feel at home. We had a Jeep all week and really enjoyed the freedom
of seeing it all. Not only did we enjoy the most beautiful beaches we’ve
ever seen but also had some of the best meals ever… Flying Fishbones, Madame
Jeanette’s, El Gaucho and the Buccaneer are four restaurants that you cannot
miss. Also we had an incredible day at Cosmo’s Day Spa getting dual massages
in the Honeymoon Cabana, right on the beach, talk about heaven!!! We had too
much fun on the Mi Dushi, “Taste of the Caribbean” sailing trip, snorkeling
and the rope swing – FUN!! We also danced our shoes off on the Kukoo Kanukoo
party bus. So much we did… so much we missed… See you next year.

Two wonderful weeks of fun in the sun, swimming, snorkeling and relaxing
with a good book. Restaurants are great, visiting the beaches and exploring
the island were bonuses. The people in Aruba are so warm and friendly. We
had the opportunity to share a family party hosted by the builder of your
wonderful house and met some new and interesting people. Sharing your
home was a wonderful experience and we look forward to many more visits.

We spent our 20th Wedding Anniversary here at this beautiful house.
Being our first time in Aruba we did not know what to expect, soon we found
out the weather is always perfect. We visited beaches, went horseback
riding, took a jeep safari through the north side of the island. There we
saw the Natural Bridge, Gold Mine Ruins, Natural Pool and then on to DePalm
Island where we snorkeled. That was our favorite, we enjoyed watching the
natural beauty underwater. As for the restaurants, Papiamento’s, Madame
Jeanette’s, House of Cheng, Sunset Grill and the Paddock were all excellent.
Thanks to your warm hospitality and beautiful house this was the most
relaxing vacation. We’ll be back.

Putting words on paper will not even begin to convey the wonderful
experiences of the past three weeks spent in this house and on the island.
The only thing I can see fit is to make a few recommendations to those
who visit in the coming weeks, months and years. RENT A JEEP WRANGLER! It’s
well worth the few extra $$$. Visit the Natural Reservation on the other
side of the Island and eat lunch at the Boca Prins Restaurant. It looks to
be “the bar at the end of the world”. Also stop by and say hello to my new
friends, Franz, J.C., Ann Marie, Tino, and Vanessa of the Kakoa Bar on the
DePalm Pier by the Radisson Hotel. They are wonderful people and ask them to
play the “Alice Song”…. It is funny. We can’t wait to come back and stay at
your place again next year.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful vacation home for the past eight
days. We are all back to reality in a few hours and we’re feeling eight
more days would be just what the doctor ordered. We enjoyed the fantastic
weather, the perfect beaches, the friendly people and we are quite reluctant
to return to the New England weather. We were not able to follow all your
recommendations for restaurants but the places we did visit were excellent.
Tierra Del Sol and the Amazonia were exceptional. We vote “Baby Beach” as
the most scenic and “Eagle Beach” as simply the best. My advice, if you golf
at Tierra Del Sol, is to bring plenty of balls. A session at the driving
range before teeing off is highly recommended as well. It is difficult to
say good-by to this place. It certainly is “One Happy Island”

nice. The restaurants are excellent and the weather is exceptional. I was
here for two weeks and am still contemplating staying longer. We’re
definitely coming back again...Soon! Thank you for sharing your house it was
such a wonderful experience.
